Q-SPA provides you with a PBC (personal beauty consultant), an advisor from our staff who will take 25 minutes to study your health and beauty needs and advise you on the course of treatment to achieve your goal.

Opening times, bookings and rules

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 9 PM.
Saturdays from 9 AM to 8 PM.
Sundays and Bank Holidays from 9 AM to 7.30 PM.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the treatment time. If you do not cancel or change your booking at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full cost of the treatment booked.
