At the Aqua Diagonal gym in Hotel Princesa Sofia, you can use a fitness room with weights and cardiovascular machines (steps, rowing and elliptical trainers), and 3 studies to let you carry out more than 70 hours of a wide range of guided activities such as: spinning, yoga and pilates, etc.

In the swimming pool area at Aqua Diagonal you can make use of the hydro massage tub, steam bath, sauna, solarium, relaxation area, and the indoor, heated sports pool with massage jets and a roof that lets UVA rays shine in.

Aqua Diagonal swimming pool rules: bathing costumes and pool shoes must be worn. We recommend wearing goggles.
